At CPV we specialize in closely held residential, resort and commercial properties that are owned by friends, family and business associates. We do not solicit new listings.

We have intimate knowledge of all our properties, owners and developers.

With most of our listed properties we either have had a financial partnership in the initial development or are closely associated with the development group and are simply listing their inventory as a wholesale alternative to traditional “retail” real estate listings.

Our residential and resort properties are all first time sales. That is, they were bought directly from the developer, and have never been flipped.

Because of our relationship with the developers, we typically get first choice on the best inventory and our exceptional product selection is a reflection of that.

We are not a real estate agency, and as such we factor out of our listing price standard real estate commissions. Therefore, you know that you are getting the lowest price for comparable product
